I have encountered the following problems:

  1. Incorrect owner of the /var/www directory
  2. Drush doesn't work without prior composer install command
  3. Update PHP version to 8.3, which is required for Drupal 11.x

Thanks! I will take a look at this soon, hopefully—I actually just upgraded my own Drupal VPS and had to make a few similar modifications, but in a different playbook.
