v0.24.2

Updated gem-farm to anchor 0.24.2. Make sure you:

1. Pull the latest sdk. Your package.json should look something like this:

"@gemworks/gem-farm-ts": "^0.24.1",

2. Update the IDL. You can grab the latest here (the .json files is what you want)
