The proposal has been made to obsolete

GO:0045263 proton-transporting ATP synthase complex, coupling factor F(o)
GO:0045267 proton-transporting ATP synthase, catalytic core
GO:0045269 proton-transporting ATP synthase, central stalk
GO:0045265 proton-transporting ATP synthase, stator stalk

These represent subcomplexes that do not perform a distinct function. Shall be merged with GO:0045259 proton-transporting ATP synthase complex.

Thank you very much for this. I have checked the mappings for GO:0045261 and GO:0045263 and replaced them with GO:0045259 (there were 22 InterPro entries in total). These changes will be available in the next InterPro release (104.0).
