-Added ability to stack throwable potions to stackable potion duration.
-Added new subscription based rule "/subscribe".
-Moved careful break from client based to subscribe system.
-Added new carpet rule to remove dimension loading (carpet rule: "dimensionLoading")
-Fixed logout in /c not placing player properly back into survival.
