Update threads.lisp in koans and koans-solved

2. Update koans-solved/threads.lisp with SBCL 2.2.9 (Win 10) run result.

Furthermore, cannot access the cla site to sign.

@Slids Understood. Just ignore the push request then. Because I cannot visit the CLA url - always failed on opening. It seems there are network problem all the time when try to visit from my network entry.
