Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) Monash data processing competition.
The competition required solutions for 5 specific problems. The dataset, medical data, included simulated information of patients, practitioners, organizations, encounters (consultations) and observations.
The data consisted in ~1400 json files with information about the entities mentioned above.
All 5 problems demanded text files as output, containing some specific required results. Further information about questions and required answers can be examined in 'FHIR_Question (2).pdf' file.
Note: input and output files were omitted from this repository.
