🔨 What's Changed

  • Added two new procedures, asName and offset.
    • asName returns the AS name (RIR) of the IP address.
    • offset returns the timezone UTC DST offset in seconds.
  • The IPRef.retrieveData() internal procedure now returns optional values without raising a KeyError.
  • Improved documentation with detailed specification.
