Community conversations to inform tool roadmaps and direction

As we look to implement #110, we should hold a number of smaller breakout groups and conversations. Over the next several weeks, the following conversations would be good to set up and have:

• Field data collection - OMK vs ODK
• Evolving the remote and field tasking
  • integrating machine learning outputs to TM
  • TM roadmap and overlap with MapCampaigner Creating roadmaps for core tools #110 (comment)
• OpenAerialMap future
• OSM Analytics as an umbrella project for multiple types of analyses
• How HOT Tech contributes to core OSMF tech - osm website and other services
• LearnOSM and other training and "toolbox" materials

We'll use this ticket to post notes and updates to these conversations. Goal for these conversations is to have a small group discuss, write some notes, and then share with the wider group for further input.

Next actions we listed out:

• Look into include additional voices - other organizations that are currently running TM2 or 3, have done TM2 or 3 development.
• Move draft roadmap into the TM repo. Draft and notes are in tech repo and should now be moved and housed under the TM repo.
• Review notes and roadmap at next tech working group meeting - April 17
