Go through all the violation codes in the data (scraped data) and cross check with this doc

  • get an exhaustive list of all violation codes from the scraped data
  • cross check that list with the google doc that Tarek worked on - find violation codes that werent accounted for
  • write a sanitizer to resolve complicated codes such as 8119ab becomes 8119a and 8119b
