  • Andreas Ulm (@root360-AndreasUlm>) implemented the renewing call
    to MDMessageCmd that can deny a certificate renewal attempt. This is useful in clustered
    installations, as discussed in #233).
  • Fixed tests to accommodate for the new message type.
