This mainly updates to Spring Boot 3, java 17, and RDF4j 5.
This also refactors the codebase to be a bit more spring-oriented with some more components, bean injection, and property-based configurations.
RDF4j's
spring-boot-sparql-webwas also removed due to not being up to date with Java 17 as it's usingjavaxpackages instead ofjakartapackages.
