It is error prone.
if interface is activated thro nmcli. Retry for few times, until it succeeds or times out. Also had to add connection,if profile does not exist.

Option2: First set IP address, sleep for a while, and check
if interface is activated thro nmcli. Retry for few times,
until it succeeds or times out. Also had to add connection,if profile does not exist.
