Release 00.02

Updated to much newer Uxn version. Should be much faster thanks to upstream optimizations and our own. Controls are still iffy and we don't currently support text input. It's possible, however, to use as a rom player.

This is the first public release of uxnvita. It isn't very useful but it's a start.
