More fixes

• Fix norfair omega crashing the client (not smash)
• Fix display name of Miis

Minor additions

Added:

• Ability to store ip in ip.txt
• Ability to pass ip as argument
• Character descriptions for 1v1s in more modes (i.e. things like local battles)

Fixed:

• Characters loaded in slots other that p1 and p2
• Custom stages not displaying properly
• Other, smaller bugs

Quick fixes

• """Fixes""" 3ds crash (it won't crash but some things may not work correctly)
• Fix the alt for punchout using the wrong icon
