Cleaned up global nav

* Replaced the github and releases links, which both went to the
  jasmine-core repo, with a single link to the GitHub org
* Removed the support page. The links on it were all obsolete (mailing
  list), not useful to users (backlog), or duplicated elswhere on the site.
* Added a link to the FAQ
