• Sending people to the footer for touch only devices is horrible
• The sponsors page isn't actually in the main navigation
• Some people may not realize that the category heading is doing double duty as both a linked page and a drop-down heading for additional navigation

'Home' link is omitted as clicking the logo on the left side is a common enough action that people don't need a separate home link.
