Add 'project_repository' resource #105

Add use_project_repository_resource attribute to toggle if project resource should use its repos attribute or not to manage project repositories.
Fix documentation for project_key attribute to match validation. Close Project Key param does not support 2 characters as mentioned in the docs and the UI #103
Update index.md doc with latest HCL.
Migrate to latest terraform testing package

And newer style of testing setup. Similar to artifactory provider SDKv2
