Bug fix:
- Fix the special case where no path/referrer data is available. This may happen for a fresh installation of github-repo-stats for a repository that has not had a single visitor count in the last two weeks. A test case was added for guarding against future regressions. Thanks for reports to @Tomansion @lawrencebower @juanbrusco. Also see #64.
