wavelet_xcorr

First release of the wavelet_xcorr package, supporting computation of 1D wavelet cross-correlations directly in the wavelet domain. The code has been tested and optimized for performance, but was made as a proof-of-concept implementation for cross-correlations, not necessarily for production-level use. See the readme for general guidelines and limitations.
