cue_expectancy is a repository that includes all of the analysis code for the cue-expectancy experiment, collected under the Spatial Topology project. This repository includes code for:

• behavioral preprocessing
• multi-level analyses in R
• SPM code for neuroimaging analyses
• FSL code for neuroimaging analyses
• CANlab's multi-level mediation analysis
• Analyzing physio data

Experiment Design

• Short description: Participants provide expectation ratings based on presented cues; Participants provide outcome ratings after undergoing stimulus experience
• N = 101
• 3 sessions
• 6 runs
• 6’38” long
• 872 TRs
• 12 trials per run
• Stimuli: cues/heat stimuli/videos of backpain participants/mentally rotated images
