Quo vadis, Crouton

This small library has quite a hand full of people who like it. It does one thing, and it does it well.

I don't want to make it more complicated to use, but fix a few of the pesky bugs that are in there.

Also enhancing Croutons functionality would be a great deal. There are some great pull requests waiting to be merged. Just to name a few:

• Displaying multiple Croutons at the same time
• Showing Croutons from the bottom of the screen
• Custom fonts

But, one of the reasons there has been no major update for Crouton since quite a while, is that there are no tests to verify Crouton is behaving correctly.

With this in mind, it takes quite an effort to enhance Crouton, since verifying it's behavior after an upgrade requires manual testing of ALL THE FEATURES.

Keeping this in mind, there will be future major updates for Crouton, but there will have to be tests first.
