docker-elixir-dev

This is a Ubuntu 14.04-based Docker image for Elixir/Phoenix development and deployment. It contains:

Erlang R18
Elixir 1.1.1
NodeJS 5.1.0
Postgres client (psql) 9.3.10
Git 1.9.1
Hex
Rebar

This image is based on https://github.com/shanesveller/docker-phoenix-framework which does not install quite enough Erlang.
