Team Charter for Knoxville Utility Board (KUB) Fieldwork-Dispatcher Project

Project Description:

Create a cloud-based Fieldwork System proof of concept for KUB. Develop mobile and dispatch applications implemented in Ember JS using Firebase hosting for data, photos, and static web pages, database, and security. We will use GitHub for source control and Heroku for hosting NodeJS applications.
