rotate(): Fix int overload in 32-bit platforms, change ret type to void

Avoid ambiguous overloaded function (int->long or double)
Should I just remove both rotate(long) and rotate(int) and leave
rotate(double) ?

rotate() and move() don't return anything, type should have been void.
