Update info file for onscripter.
Add onsyuri core, which use GBK encoding by default for Chineses games.

Add a core for SDLPAL, a Chinese RPG named 仙剑奇侠传。
Which can be downloaded freely via http://update1.baiyou100.com/resource/Pal98rqp.zip

This core requires unpack game data into system/sdlpal, or load sdlpal.cfg as content.
