Bump lnd to `v0.17.3-beta`, loop to `v0.26.6-beta` and taproot-assets to `v0.3.2-alpha`.

This PR bumps the litd version to
v0.12.2-alpha.This PR also bumps lnd to
v0.17.3-beta, loop tov0.26.6-betaand taproot-assets tov0.3.2-alpha, and adds the new included protos.I'm still awaiting confirmation if we need to increase the minimum required
lndversion in remote mode tov0.17.1-betadue to the new taproot-assets release, or if we can keep it atv0.16.0-beta. I will request PR reviews once that's been confirmed!Edit: @guggero has now confirmed that it's not needed, thanks a lot 🙏!
