Update the links which should have been latest in READMEs

These don't override the rustdoc links, right? Because there latest wouldn't be great.

Edit: My quick local test seems to suggest no override, which is good.

Another evidence of no overwriting is:

• https://docs.rs/android_trace/0.1.1/android_trace/index.html; AND
• https://docs.rs/android_trace/0.1.0/android_trace/index.html

Both of those link to the correct version of the symbol at AndroidTrace
