This PR mainly fixes Wi-Fi Access Point connection stuff.

  • WifiAccessPoint.connect_to() now doesn't create a new connection on each call
  • Wi-Fi dialog will not spawn if password is stored and correct
  • new psk property: now you can get and change stored password for the access point
  • new method WifiAccessPoint.disconnect_from()

TODO:

  • docs
  • fix is_connected returns wrong value
