This PR brings support for XDG Base Directories instead of hard-coded paths like
~/.config/ignis.There is also a little breaking change: logs now stored at
$XDG_STATE_HOME/ignis/ignis.log(~/.local/state/ignis/ignis.log).Closes: #143
