I think I'd prefer keeping some of the vertical space, on a big screen this can look a bit squeezed. But fully agreed about the horizontal space. |

I measured it and that's one pixel more vertical space than your earlier screenshot.^^ Visually it looks exactly the same. |

Especially on a phone, all the spacing is IMHO quite a waste.
