Manifests composed for each cluster topology (Single-Node OpenShift, Compact, and Highly Available) and for each topology the connected or disconnected variants.

At this point in time, only the SNO manifests (both connected and disconnected) have been tested and proved to be working on VMs. The installation time depends on both hardware and network speed: on my laptop for example, I reached 35-40 minutes for connected installations and 25-30 for disconnected installations.
