Pizza
Maptime organizers need to e-mail Santiago at [email protected] at least 1 week prior to the Maptime Meet-up each month and include in the e-mail:
- The full name of the organizer
- The Maptime Meet-up city (i.e. Minneapolis)
- A link to the Meet-up RSVP website
- The address where the Meet-up will be held
From these e-mails Santiago will approve the request and provide a link to a reimbursement Google form with additional instructions. Please don't hesitate to e-mail him with any questions.
Ultimately CartoDB expects each person should have $4.00 worth of pizza. For example: If you expect 20 attendees, you have a limit of $80.
Include plates, napkins, drinks, and utensils when you purchase the 'za, and don't forget to take a picture of the receipt for reimbursement! All reimbursements must be submitted within one week of the event.
Reimbursement can take up to two weeks, and is distributed electronically through PayPal.
Hooray, now let's enjoy the 🍕. Yum!
