Support for 'Energy' per CARD [#28]

As requested in #28 the new build add support for the energy values of each of the CARD's . Please note, that I have decided myself against a dynamic setup - you can/must activate each Entity per CARD manually (only CARD ID0 is enabled by default) - I am confident you will be able to handle this.

'go-eCharger APIv2 Connect' renamed to 'go-e APIv2 Connect'

Thanks to Harald Wiesinger @s3ppo the integration now also support reading data from a go-eController (obviously only if installed in your home)... You just can add a second configuration in the existing integration and select the eController as the device (from the second selection box). That's "all" ;-)

Fixing Energy Total (kWh meter) [eto & wh]

Thanks @Thyraz making me aware, that kWh Sensors did not had fractions - this is fixed with this release (eto & wh API keys)

Supporting default HA sensor customization's

By default HA sensors can be customized by the user [mainly this are unit factor's and the display precision]. This feature was totally ignored by previous implementations of this integration and with this release its finally supported.

The change implies, that for some of the existing sensors the default display (precision) have been adjusted - if you dislike the new display format you can now simply adjust it the sensor settings.
