Prepare for MDF 2.0 release #40

This change accompanies the release of the serverless MDF Connect "server".

In addition to picking up the new mdf REST endpoint URLs and new toolkit library, there are some usability changes.

There is now only one organization for a submission (so add_organization became set_organization)
Incremental update was confusing, so now it is called update_metadata_only
