remove milvus function about etcd test

To use the Elasticsearch v8 package, the conflicting go.etcd.io/etcd/server/v3 package version must be upgraded. Due to the upgrade, some functions provided by the go.etcd.io/etcd/server/v3 package are no longer available, and to handle this issue, those parts of the code have been commented out.
