Hotifx for Dependabot issue #11

bumped:

• go version to 1.22 (was 1.19)
• resty/v2 version 2.16.2 (was 1.14.4)
• gjson version 1.18.0 (was 1.14.4)

all of this was primarily done to fix depandabot issue 11 (which needed net to be at least v0.33.0)
