These files describe iterative improvements to the "recon 2" model of human metabolism (pmid:23455439).

/models contains our ongoing improvements, along with various recon 2 derivatives published by other groups.

/tests contains various unit tests that may be applied to these models.

To run tests, navigate to /tests directory from a Command Prompt / Terminal window, and type:

python recon_tests.py
