Obsolete and replace terms

• Results of obsolete-and-replace for one ingredient

@hoganwr I will run a full build overnight, and ask for your review once I have that working.

The build worked find, but now I see that in commit b64b7b5 I replaced five DrOn ingredients with deprecated ChEBI ingredients, which is not what I want. So I'm going to close this PR and start a new PR without commit b64b7b5.
