(Trying to help track down the paging bug we are seeing)
This adds a full paging test, mimicking the one in the news-search-api server (mediacloud/news-search-api#49). The behavior is exactly the same... it basically works.
Note: The automated tests will fail on this until that news-search-api PR is merged, but it works locally against the news-search-api server running against a ES fixtures DB.
