feature: initial NixCon logo w/o edition info

The logo consists of the letters NIXCON arranged in a 3x2 grid. Each letter is
based on the Kramer font designed by Dieter Steffman, modified to be decorated
with lambdas in a somewhat organic look, and with a more regular border
surrounding each block.
