Easier CIRCUITPY access on Linux

Add the following to /etc/fstab:

# allow any user to "mount -L CIRCUITPY" or "mount /mnt/CIRCUITPY":
LABEL=CIRCUITPY /mnt/CIRCUITPY vfat defaults,noauto,users,noatime,flush,umask=0000 0 0
