This is an attempted reproduction for cockroachdb/cockroach#118208.
To run:
- Start a CRDB server:
cockroach demo --empty --insecure. - Build the binary:
go build .. - Run the binary:
./repro -np 0 -nc 1000 -mc 1 -c 200 -g 200.
