Description
If the RN instance is already active and a ReactNativeIsland is created with that ReactNativeHost, then there is a brief time between the ReactNativeIsland getting a root tag and when the rootcomponent is created during which an application could call Arrange/Measure on the ReactNativeIsland, and the app will crash.
