Any fixed CI baseline entries are removed from that file../vcpkg x-add-version --alland committing the result.The eabase was updated on 2024-08-18 and has not been released or tagged yet.
Issue about this was created 3 months ago and has not yet received any response.
Meanwhile, the latest eastl and eathread need the latest eabase because they include the latest eabase by git submodule.
This PR is to bring eabase up to date in order to upgrade eastl and eathread.
