Note: for DNF to recognise these as an update, you'll probably have to rename the files. GitHub unfortunately replaces some characters in filenames that are perfectly valid on Linux. The name should look like this:

migrate build to OBS' new CMake build system since legacy was deprecated
- cleaned up build flags, removing unused ones
- added new flags for default-disabled features
- removed obsolete CMake patches

removed deprecated FTL dependency
add srt-devel and librist-devel dependencies for new MPEGTS output

Note: No F39 build because it doesn't ship CMake 3.28 and goes EOL in a month anyway.
