OBS Timer - With Offset

OBS timer creates a simple text file you can use in OBS, XSplit, or any other application that you need a text file with an updating countdown timer.

This latest version adds an offset so you can better match another system that doesn't use real time measurements. For instance iRacing is about 30 seconds off of real time. Your offset will be remembered when you reload the app as well.
