Its failing if the blend directory does not exists

-> $ mix blend.premix
** (File.Error) could not write to file "blend/premix.exs": no such file or directory
    (elixir 1.16.0) lib/file.ex:1143: File.write!/3
    (blend 0.2.1) lib/blend.ex:24: Blend.premix/0
    ....
