On the team page, the honor role is aggregated from all members honor roles as well as the honor role for the team page itself.
The team owner will be able to manage these values (once the save portion of this is implemented).
This commit implements the save part of the form which was updated earlier with the supporting form controls.
This could do with some clean-up - template variables really shouldn't be modified in the form build step - but it will work for now. Template branching logic is now based on these variables, rather than form data for the member status part of the page.
