Large refactoring

  • SSG, Mona, and ABT-IO are no longer part of the configuration
  • Clients are no longer created by Bedrock
  • Pools are normal dependencies instead of being treated special
  • Xstreams can be dependencies
  • The libraries section is a list instead of a dictionary
