This release has several fixes to the ontology.

First, somehow 'inheres_in' was somehow made SubClassOf radioactive. This was an entirely accidental relationship and it was (finally) removed.
Avoid patterns updates: The logical definitions needed to be broken down to keep from 'avoid all food' when 'avoid some food' was the intended outcome.
Third, the biopsy and collection of specimen with swab patterns were updated. Previously, we erroneously changed the hierarchy of these terms. To correct this and to narrow the scope of the ontology, the terms are 'clinical biopsy' and 'clinical swab collection'
Fourth, more technically, we severely limited the HP imports because they were causing duplicates and other import issues.
